You just have to make them yourself. I would get a WYSIWYG editor (what you see is what you get) do a search for it on the internet. Then just find a spot that will let you upload your html files. For software I would recommend trail software like Dreamweaver or publisher, or if you want to go the free route, check out coffee cup or Komposer. both work with windows.

To export a site:
Choose Site > Edit sites.
The Edit Sites dialog box appears.
Click the Export button.
The Export Site panel appears.
Browse to a location to save the site.
Click Save.
Dreamweaver saves the site as an XML file, with an STE file extension, in the specified location.
Click Done to close the Edit Sites dialog box.
